Can I try the service for free?

You can preview 30-second segments of each mastered song for free. To complete and export the final master, you will need to purchase credits: please see our pricing page for more details.

What file types can I upload to Waves Online Mastering?

You can upload the following files:

  • File type: WAV, AIF, AIFF, MP3
  • Sample rate: 44.1, 48, 88.2 or 96 kHz
  • Bit depth: 16, 24 or 32 bit

You can export mastered files in the following formats:

  • File type: WAV, MP3
  • Sample rate: 44.1, 48, 88.2 or 96 kHz
  • Bit depth: 24 or 32 bit

Please note that we support stereo tracks only. We do not master surround mixes. (We do support mono tracks, though that is not the recommended format for contemporary mastering.)

If I already have a Waves account, do I use the same account and login details to log into Waves Online Mastering?

Yes. If you already have a Waves account, simply use your regular user name and password to log into Waves Online Mastering.
