Take a Closer Look at MaxxBCL

Compressor Controls
Warm up your sound with the classic compression used on countless hit records and major motion pictures.

Bypass toggles the compressor on or off.
Opto/Elct the compressor behavior between Opto coupled and Electro modes.
Ratio (1:1 – 1:12) adjust the amount of compression (ratio) for signal above threshold.
Threshold (0 - -60dB) sets the input level above which the soft knee compression starts acting to a significant degree.
Comp-Bass/Bass-Comp switches the order of the MaxxBass and Compressor processors in the chain.
Attack (0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, and 50 ms) controls the compression onset response time in milliseconds.
Attenuation Meter (0 - -12dB) the level of signal attenuation in dB.
MaxxBass™ controls
Pump up your bass with psycho-acoustic technology for a gigantic low end that doesn’t tax your system.

Bypass toggles the MaxxBass processing on or off.

HPF turns the High Pass Filter on or off, to remove or retain the signal’s original flow.

Frequency (25 – 120Hz) controls the MaxxBass Cutoff frequency, below which processing begins.

Intensity (0 – 100%) controls the amount of harmonics generated by MaxxBass.
Limiter Controls
Crank up your volume with plenty of headroom to spare, for that in-your-face signal that rocks the house.

Bypass toggles the limiter on or off.

Link Links the threshold & Out Ceiling controls.

Threshold (0 – 18dB) sets the level above which limiting begins.

Out Ceiling (0 – 18dBFS) stes the peak level that the processed signal will reach but not exceed.

Attenuation meter (0 – 12dB) displays the signal level attenuation in dB.
